Shipping policy

All shevdesign dioramas are made to order in small batches.

Once an order is placed, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production and preparation before shipment, as each piece is carefully 3D printed, assembled, and quality checked individually. After your order has been completed, shipping within Singapore typically takes an additional 3–5 business days depending on the courier service.
